There are a lot of trails of varying terrains. Some will involve walking uphill. There are some really nice views and a lot to explore.

Well-maintained and well-marked hiking trails. Nice view from atop Lookout Trail, and you can spot beaver dams from the Benedict Pond Loop. Bonus - very clean port-a-potty in the Benedict Pond Loop parking lot!

Lovely park, very nice walk around the lake, with benches to rest and good views. The walk around the lake intersects the Appalachian trail and it a very lovely taken care of trail. Not very crowded, with camping spots available.

Beautiful morning hike around the Pond Loop Trail. Took about and hour and a half or so, walking carefully as the area was fairly muddy, even swampy in some sections. But well worth it.
